Things That Make Me Happy

I actually do still have some interests outside of babies that I wanted to share.

1) I'm so happy that Heroes is back on TV this week!

2) I heard about Troops Need You on the news yesterday. I love the idea of using the internet to connect people to troops in Iraq with the purpose of getting them resources to help rebuild communities, provide job training resources, etc. Anyone else hear of this?

3) I booked our first family vacation this past week to Maui! We're going to the Westin for 6 days in September. I've never been & neither has Evan.

4) The two bills I was tracking and lobbying for through the Seattle YMCA related to Foster Care passed both houses of the legislature and are headed to the Gov! Yeah!
