Yeah! We're getting an offer on the house!

Late this afternoon we had a call from our agent that a buyer was going to be sending an offer this evening! It will be such a blessing to get this sorted out sooner than later. We really hope it works out. Keep your fingers crossed for us! Look at how cute the house looks!

I got back from another trip to California late last night. I was in San Jose last week as well for work. Working on fun stuff but traveling makes me tired.

Derek is working hard studying tonight to get ready for the Captain's Exam. Its not too far away, less than 3 weeks. I dont envy him; the text books look like they would put me to sleep in about 1 minute.

I found out this week that my Grandpa checks my blog. Hey grandpa!
