Houston Trip & Taking It Easy

Derek and I have been busy these past few weeks with work and I also made a trip to Houston to see some old friends this past weekend. We'll try to take it easy in August.

The baby is doing well. I had an appointment last week and everything is on track. The last 2 weeks my belly is growing up as much as it has been growing out and the baby continues to kick 24x7 and he is certainly getting stronger. His favorite time to kick like crazy is right before we go to sleep and my belly looks like a popcorn popper.

I got back late last night from a quick weekend trip to Houston to see my friends Sean and Jolene Ferguson and to meet Braylon their 2+ year old son. We had a great visit and I got to ask a million questions about babies and baby stuff and baby books. Here are some photos from the weekend trip.
