O Canada

We had a good weekend in Canada. Our Seattle Fire Dept team won the tournament (for the first time ever) and Derek scored a goal in the final game as well as other games. I warmed the bench and cheered and it didnt rain too much. Before we took off for Canada we traded in my Chevy Blazer for a nice used Lexus SUV (the car for the new baby). Its soooo much nicer than my old crappy truck.

The baby continues to kick- hard and often. It kept me up most of Thursday night so it went from super amazing to not-so-cool pretty quickly. In fact I am at my desk typing this blog and the baby is doing kick boxing into my bladder right now. Derek's mom said he was a big kicker in his 5th month so I blame him... :)
