House is Sold! and Derek in the News!

As of last night, our house is officially SOLD - Yeah! Derek met the buyer and his girlfriend on Saturday and he said they reminded him of us - sounds like good karma.

I'm also adding a scanned photo from the newspaper the other day. Derek is on the far right. I just was thinking... no one ever takes photos of me working. Sitting there all day at my computer talking on the phone. Not very captivating.
