Sold! (Pending Inspection)

The buyer agreed to our counter-price and we are on the way to selling the house. Within the next week or so we'll finalize inspecition items and by early April we should have one less mortgage to worry about. Thank goodness!


March is birthday madness for my family: Ryan's was yesterday, Dad's on the 22nd and Marissa's on the 30th! Betsy's bday is also this month!



Off to a busy weekend... spending all day saturday working at the Univ of Washington to help with a non-profit and their strategy for the year. Derek's working so I'll have to crash the fire station saturday night for dinner.
