30 Days and Counting

Evan and I swung by the Intel office today after a morning movie. I'll be returning to work at Intel on March 30th and its nice to know I still have a nice long month to spend with Evan (and Derek of course).

We went to the Mom's Thursday morning movie early over in Bellevue. We saw "Music & Lyrics" with a number of Moms, Dads and babies. In these special showings the volume is turned down and the lights are turned up a little to be more baby friendly. Evan enjoyed the music in the movie but didn't spend too much time sleeping until the very end so we walked around a lot to keep him happy. Evan's friend Anna and new friend Estella joined him. I guess this was almost his first date!

Here are some photos from the past week. Evan loves his fire engine toys that cousin Chris and Keri gave him. He likes to eat the dalmation doggie in particular.

We had a nice visit with Phoebe and Marcus last weekend. Its nice to have visitors when Derek is at work so mommy doesnt lose her mind.

Evan also has begun to enjoy his Tigger jumper from Laura and Greg. He looks very cute with the tail sticking out the back. He spins around more than bounces.




Just in case you were wondering, it does rain a lot here but we go out with Evan all the time. He's in there all bundled up. He goes for a mid-afternoon coffee run most days.



And of course life is just tiring! He loves to nap with his daddy on the couch.
