Babies, Birthdays and Parties

So I am stuck here in Portland for two nights for work and decided to bore everyone with a random blog. No new news, except I wanted to give a shout out to Val's little girl Abbie who turns "1" today. Val is my first good friend to have a munchkin I plan to follow her advice like she's and oracle when Derek and I are finally ready to have babies.

There are a lot of birthdays coming up: Kelly, Craig and more importantly Derek and even most importantly Mira (yes, the dog) who turns 11 years old. Lots of reasons to party, but I dont even know what to wear for halloween. I gave away a good idea was for costume to my sister... pregnant cheerleader (I like the funny and ironic themes).
